Product Assembly and Installation Customers are solely responsible for the proper assembly, installation, and safe usage of all furniture products purchased from Pro Lite Warehouse, including but not limited to shoe racks, clothing storage units, wardrobes, and display cabinets. Pro Lite Warehouse shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or product failure resulting from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or failure to strictly follow the provided installation instructions.
2. Anti-Tip Safety Warning and Acknowledgement Certain freestanding furniture items, particularly wardrobes and clothing storage units, pose a risk of tipping over, which can cause severe or fatal injuries, especially to children. By purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Anti-tip hardware (wall anchors/tip restraints) provided with the products must be properly installed into the wall structure immediately upon assembly.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the anchoring devices used are appropriate for their specific wall type (e.g., drywall, concrete, wood stud).
Pro Lite Warehouse expressly disclaims any and all liability for injuries, death, or property damages resulting from the customer's failure to properly anchor the furniture to a wall or the circumvention of safety warnings.
3. Complimentary Wall-Mount Hardware Kits To support a safe home environment, Pro Lite Warehouse offers complimentary anti-tip wall-mount hardware kits for eligible furniture purchased directly from our store. If your product requires wall anchoring and you need the necessary parts, please contact our customer support team to request a hardware kit. Please note that the customer remains fully responsible for the correct and secure installation of these provided parts.
4. General Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pro Lite Warehouse, its directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or property damage) arising out of or in any way connected with the use, performance, or inability to use the products.
5. Maximum Liability Cap In all circumstances, Pro Lite Warehouse’s total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from the purchase or use of our products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
